Holiday entitlement of 25 days per year plus bank holidays - increasing to 26 after 3 years in employment and 27 after 5 years in employment. For Part-time employees the firm will pro-rata all Holiday and Bank Holiday entitlement.

Entitlement to join the Firm's pension scheme - this includes a contribution from the Firm.

Death In Service Scheme - four times your annual salary being paid out to a named beneficiary should you die whilst in employment at Halliwells.

Enhanced Maternity Pay - All pregnant employees who have been continuously employed for two years or more before the EWC will be entitled to 12 weeks full pay (which includes the SMP element) followed by 27 weeks' SMP.

Childcare Voucher Scheme - Our Childcare Voucher Scheme allows you to make savings on your tax and national insurance contributions.
