Halliwells Named As Fastest Growing UK Law Firm

Halliwells has been named as the fastest growing law firm in the UK top 50.

"The Lawyer Top 50" - a preview of The Lawyer UK Annual Report - ranks Halliwells in number 1 position in its "biggest turnover increases" category.    Firms also making the top 10, but below Halliwells in the rankings, include DLA Piper, Slaughter and May, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Nabarro Nathanson.

For the 2004 / 2005 financial year Halliwells' turnover increased from �40.4 million to �50 million - a rise of 23.76%.   

During the course of the year the firm also increased its partner count to over 100 and opened a Liverpool office through its merger with Cuff Roberts.
