Halliwells Appointed To Banking Panel

Law firm Halliwells has been appointed to the panel of Investec Bank (UK) Limited.

Halliwells will primarily be working on property related banking work for Investec which began operating in the UK in 1992.

Investec Bank (UK) Limited includes Investment Banking (incorporating corporate finance, institutional research, sales and training and private equity teams); private banking and property activities; asset management and treasury and specialised finance.

Halliwells' main contacts with Investec Bank (UK) Limited are partner and head of property Mike Edge and banking solicitor Rick Sealy.

"We're delighted to be appointed to another banking panel," said partner and head of banking Susan Molloy.

"Investec is becoming increasingly active and we're looking forward to working on a number of property related banking transactions," added Susan.
