Latest Deal Puts Halliwells In The Driving Seat
Law firm Halliwells has advised AIM listed Eagle Eye Telematics plc on its £3.5 million debt for equity swap.
Incorporated in 1995 and based in Cheshire, Eagle Eye is a leading provider of integrated vehicle management solutions.
Halliwells' corporate team was led by partner Charles Glaskie and solicitor Christian Doyle.
Said Charles Glaskie:
"This transaction significantly improves Eagle Eye's balance sheet and should hopefully provide it with a stronger platform with which to grow the business."
