Halliwells Advises Manchester Business on Sale to Global Software Provider.

Law firm Halliwells has advised the shareholders of Manchester based Intuita Holdings Ltd on the sale of all the shares in the company to Infor, the largest global software provider.

Halliwells' corporate team was led by partner Charles Glaskie, assisted by solicitor Christian Doyle.

Intuita Holdings, which for over 30 years has provided software and services to wholesale distribution businesses in the UK, will join the Infor Distribution Group and will continue to operate from Manchester.

Commenting on the transaction corporate partner Charles Glaskie said:

"Intuita will provide the expertise to extend Infor's reach into the global distribution market in a position of considerable strength."
