Halliwells advises Gamma Global on £17.5 million transaction

Law firm Halliwells has advised the management team of leading IT distributor Gamma Global Holdings Ltd on its £17.5 million Secondary Management Buyout.

Halliwells corporate team was led by corporate partner Charles Glaskie and head of banking Susan Molloy. They were assisted by solicitors Christian Doyle and Richard Clitherow.

Gamma Global is based in Manchester with a further six offices in the UK and around the globe. It is a leading distributor of branded IT products including HP, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Microsoft and others.
