Halliwells Advises On Pontins Sale

Halliwells has advised Pontins on the £46 million sale of the business to Ocean Parcs, an investment company led by Pontins' former chief executive, Graham Parr.

Ocean Parcs plans to re-develop the seven holiday resorts to promote Pontins as an environmentally friendly holiday destination.

Halliwells' team was led by corporate partner Rebecca Grisewood and property partner Darren Hughes.

Burges Salmon advised Ocean Parcs on the deal.
