Another achievement for Halliwells' real estate finance team

Law firm Halliwells has added to its client base with a significant panel appointment. Newcastle Building Society has selected Halliwells to undertake real estate finance work.

Halliwells will provide legal advice on all aspects of investment property finance.

Newcastle Building Society is currently the 12th largest building society in the UK. It provides a range of products, including investments, insurance, savings and mortgages.

Halliwells' team will be led by client partner in the Real Estate Finance Team George MacMillan and partners Margaret Norton, Rick Sealy and Gisella Alberici. The team will also comprise associate Claire Hamilton and solicitors Katie Ridehalgh and Russel Forward.
