The Construction & Engineering Team deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction work, advising developers, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, surety companies and construction industry professionals on formal contract documents, performance bonds, PFI, collateral warranties, the appointment of consultants, dispute resolution including ADR, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and the Appellate Courts.
